Reservations: We have now introduced online ticket sales in addition to our on-site sales. Trains sell out quickly, so we recommend you purchase your tickets online. When purchasing online, you must bring your printed confirmation to the ticket agent at the boarding station to receive your tickets.
Credit Cards: Visa and MasterCard are accepted both at the station and online via our website. Online sales will be charged to your credit card at time of reservation.
Checks: Checks will be accepted with prior approval only. A $25.00 fee will be applied for all returned checks.
Special Needs: We are able to accommodate some special needs passengers at this time. Please call our information line and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. We happily allow service animals on our trains with proper documentation.
Dress: Trains are in service rain or shine. Be prepared for changing weather and dress accordingly. Closed toed shoes are strongly recommended while out on the railroad!
Safety: Your safety is our highest priority while on the railroad. Please keep your head, hands and body inside the train at all times and follow the instructions of the conductor while on the train. For the safety and comfort of all passengers, we do not allow pets aboard the trains. Remember, closed-toe shoes are always recommended!
